Title: "Novel bioconjugation strategies for modification, detection and targeting of Nucleic acids"

Over the last two decades, the modification of functionalized nucleic acids has led to significant innovations in the development of diagnostics, therapies, vaccines, and drugs.

The technology behind baseclick's approaches in this field is click chemistry, which has been awarded with the Nobel Prize in 2022.

Our core technology enables site-specific modification of single nucleotides, oligos and large DNA and mRNA ensuring high stability, low immunogenicity and specific ligand-receptor targeting.

In addition, click technology promises enormous potential in next generation sequencing.

Title: "Unlocking the Future of Cardiovascular Sample Preparation for Genetic Analysis with the Singulator by S2 Genomics"

During our 10-minute presentation, we will delve into the revolutionary capabilities of the Singulator, a state-of-the-art sample preparation device crafted by S2 Genomics. With a specific focus on the cardiovascular system, our discussion centers on the exceptional efficacy of the Singulator in efficiently isolating nuclei from diverse tissues, with paramount emphasis on precision and speed. We will underscore the device's unparalleled ability to process a myriad of tissue types while ensuring optimal quality of the isolated nuclei. This talk aims to shed light on the profound impact of the Singulator in advancing cardiovascular research, particularly in the realm of single-cell genomic analysis. Join us in exploring the transformative potential of this cutting-edge technology, as we peer into the future of sample preparation and its invaluable contributions to scientific discovery.
