Our Virtual Platform

Access to the LS2 Annual Meeting virtual platform 

  • All registered participants will receive a link to enter the platform. This link is personalized and only one person can join with it.
  • The virtual platform will be open for registered participants one week before the meeting and up a month after.

Personal interaction only with a click!!

  • All e-posters will have a private e-room (run with Jitsi) to interact with participants during scheduled time slots.
  • All exhibitors with virtual booths will have a private e-room. The participants can visit them and meet the industry representatives in one-to-one virtual rooms.
  • Join the discussions and debates, we will have different channels on our integrated chats.
  • All e-symposia will have a dedicated time for Q&A.

No matter the time zone

  • Visit e-posters in your own time. Participants will have access to the e-posters during the whole time the platform is open. You can also comment or get in touch with the author by email or social media.
  • Visit our virtual industry exhibition in your own time and get the most of our virtual booths, download their material before, during or after the meeting.
  • You can arrange appointments with industry representatives and e-poster presenters out of the Meeting in our platform, where you will have all set up for a virtual but personal meeting!!

How to attend the sessions and how they will be run

  • As a participant, you will be able to attend all sessions with only your link to the virtual platform. From there, you will be able to access all the sessions just by clicking on the corresponding icon. 
  • The Plenary Sessions and the Symposia will be run on Zoom.
  • The Poster Gallery will have a panel to filter the poster by author, session or category. The e-Poster will be seen as PDF and have a zoom function. The e-poster presenters will have a private room on Jitsi.
  • The Exhibitors Gallery will have all material that our sponsors would like to add and also the private room options on Jitsi.
