Join us at the LS2 Annual Meeting 2025 & Satellite on the 11, 12 & 13 February 2025 at the University of Fribourg!
The LS2 Annual Meeting is the biggest national Life Sciences event. This meeting welcomes more than 400 scientists and industry representatives. To ensure a top-quality conference, LS2 is recruiting volunteers to help us organize the on-site logistics.
Being a volunteer means:
...joining us backstage: helping with the conference organization and on-site logistics
...assisting chairpersons by helping with IT support, microphones, welcoming guest-speakers
...welcoming the audience and guiding the participants to the right lecture halls and sessions

What do you have to do?
Follow a 2-hour training on Wednesday 11th of February at the University of Fribourg from 10:00-12:00h (mandatory!)
Be available on-site for at least two days on:
Tuesday 11th of February (10:00 – 18:00)
Wednesday 12th of February (8:00 – 18:00)
Thursday 13th of February (8:15 to 17:15h)
