LS² Annual Meeting 2022

As result of the current sanitary situation in Switzerland, the organizing committee has decided to postpone the LS² Annual Meeting 2022 to 21-22 April and its Satellite meeting to 20 April. Same venue, campus Irchel of the University of Zurich. 

This decision occurs as we have evaluated different options with the venue, 2G or 2G+, but none of them meet the needs of security, interaction and participation that we would like to offer to participants and sponsors.

We are currently working on the program and we have opened new registration deadlines

• If you have a e-poster: you should have received a new deadline to upload your e-poster on the virtual platform
• If you are selected or invited speaker: you should have received an e-mail to check your availability
• If you are an already registered participant without e-poster or talk or if you are sponsor: you have been contected already by email

Lea Assies, PhD students in the laboratory of Prof. Stefan Matile, was awarded the 2nd Best Oral Presentation Prize and received the SCS-LS²-SCNAT Prize for the best oral presentation in Life Sciences at the Geneva Chemistry and Biochemistry Days 2022, for a her talk "Probing membrane tension during endocytosis"

LS² and SCNAT invite her to join the LS² Annual Meeting 2022 in Zurich. Her prize includes registration to the conference, travel and 1-night accommodation.

We are very happy to announce that Prof. Paul Guichard (University of Geneva) will be awarded the Friedrich Miescher award 2022. More informations here. The award lecture will take place during the LS² Annual Meeting 2022.
